FEEDLAN boiler feed system

The FEEDLAN system of fuel reservoirs and augers assembled material handling system, which microprocessor control. The FEEDLAN system was used to CARBOROBOT automatic boilers.

Cinder container Preferably a closed bin capable to store hot ash.
There are several designs in closed metal containers, trash containers, on demand, to receive cinder, which is often hot.

Moving floor hopper is suitable for many materials, but specifically usable for the woodchips. There are steal rods arranged in a ladder-fashion which are moved hydraulically. The fuel is moved to the end of the container, from here a collecting auger picks up the fuel and moves it towards the boiler. The movements of the rods is controlled by the boiler processor. This container is made for large amount of fuels, typically i(10-200m3). The system is driven by one or more hydromotor and controlled by the boiler. (Scraper Floor)
