Fuel feeder systems

The ash removing capability of the boilers is important part of the burning process. The CARBOROBOT rotary grate easy can remove the ash directly from the hot burning zone. It is the main reason of the good burning characteristic of the CARBOROBOT boilers.

The manual handled Classic and Farmer boilers have relative big ash room, for the collecting of the ash. The operator by the hand periodicaly remove the ash from the boiler.

The Automat types have a special ash remover system(as part of FEEDLAN system), what can remove automatically the ash to the external ash bin or container. The ash remover of the FEEDLAN system is a high energy crusher screw placed inside the boiler. This equipment melt the ash pieces to the small particle and the other augers after the main ash screw can easily move the melted ash. the automatic ashing system possible only at the CARBOROBOT Automat types.

The Trough Screw Conveyor specially designed to dust form ash transport. With the clincerised cinder can not transported. We use tipical for the FEDDLAN system, where the ash crushed by the ash remover system.
